FilmDoo are pleased to announce their partnership with Doc’n Roll Film Festival as it enters into its fourth year.

FilmDoo will be teaming up with Doc’n Roll Film Festival to help promote a diverse range of 24 music documentaries from around the world.

The 4th London edition of Doc’n Roll Film Festival kicks off on November 2nd and will take place at Barbican, Picturehouse Central, and other top cinemas in London. Until November 19th audiences can watch some of the best new docs that the music world has to offer. The festival will host a range of premiere film screenings, Q&As with cast and crew, as well as live music performances and DJ sets.

Javi Senz’s ‘Manchester Keep on Dancing’

The festival’s co-director Colm Forde is particularly pleased to screen the World Premiere of Manchester Keeps On Dancing, a profile of the city’s renowned club culture scene across the past four decades, and the London Premiere of L7: Pretend We’re Dead, a hilarious tale of the recently reformed hard rocking grunge queens L7’s early 90’s touring adventures.

This year’s festival boasts a range of world and UK premieres, including Suburban Steps To Rockland: The Story Of The Ealing Club, Play Your Gender and Rumble: The Indians Who Rocked The World (click for trailers).

FilmDoo’s Jessica Duncanson will be hosting a Q&A with director John Edginton, music producer Glyn Johns and Joe’s brother Vic Cocker at the London Premiere of Joe Cocker: Mad Dog With Soul at 6.30pm on 9th November at Picturehouse Central.

The Doc’n Roll Film Festival runs from November 2nd to November 19th in London and all information can be found here.
